DESCRIPTION:It’s time to return those Santa Suits so that we can get inventory done and get them off to be cleaned.  Here are the dates and times the warehouse will be open for drop off – \n\nMonday\, January 11th  3-6PM\nThursday\, January 14th 3-6PM\n\nSantas – if you are unable to drop these off yourself then please have a member of your cohort drop by and return them.  There will be racks in the main foyer so you just need to pop in the door\, hang them up\, and say ‘hello’ and which Santa is returning.  This will be a quick and safe return process 🙂 \nPlease check that the following items are in your garment bag: \n\nSanta coat\, pants & hat\nSpats (fuzzy white things)\nBelly (if you were given one)\nbells & belt (if you were an AM Santa and previously returned these great!)\nHair & wig\nSuspenders (if you picked these up)\n\n**please note that the gloves are disposable.  You can just throw them out.  Any unopened pairs can be left in the garment bag. \nThank you again for volunteering with us this year!  Hope to see you again next year!

DESCRIPTION:**UPDATE**\n\n\nAs per the November 24th’s announcement by the Premier and AHS\, no indoor social gatherings will be allowed for the next three weeks. Our first craft fair has been postponed until further notice.\n\n\n\n\n\nOriginal event details:\n\nThis year we believe it is especially important to keep traditions alive\, even if Christmas looks different. The Magic of Christmas is hosting our first craft fair.\nShowcasing 100% hand-crafted items donated by volunteers from our Magic of Christmas village.\n\nAll proceeds go back to our charity.\n\nFREE admission with non-perishable food item. The donated food will be part of our Food Hampers this year. There will be boxes for the food donation by the entrance.\nThe front door will be closed to attendees. Instead\, enter through the back door. See map for more details.\nDon’t worry! Signages will be displayed to direct traffic flow within Santa’s workshop.\n\nWith new public health measures in place in communities across Alberta\, we are implementing the following protocol to keep our volunteers and attendees safe:\n. Only 10 people are allowed within the sale area at one time\n· Screening process will be in place and hand sanitizer will be provided upon arrival\n· Ample space between each table to be socially distanced\n· Dedicated entry and exit points\n· Debit/credit payment ONLY to avoid volunteers handling attendee’s personal items.\n· Items will be individually packaged\n· Mask or face covering is mandatory inside Santa’s workshop
