Bring Your Team Together for the Magic of Christmas

The Magic of Christmas welcomes corporate teams to join us at our warehouse and help bring the spirit of Christmas to families in our community.

Volunteering together is a meaningful way to give back, build connections as a team, and make a real difference during the holiday season.

How Does Corporate Volunteering Work?

From November 12 to December 22, we welcome volunteer groups to our warehouse every day of the week.

  • Group size: Typically 10–20 people
  • Volunteer shifts: Approximately 2–3 hours
  • Availability: Shifts are available every day, subject to availability
  • Location: Santa’s Workshop – #32 – 4216 54 AVE SE
  • Cost: There is no cost, but volunteers are encouraged to bring gift cards or donations (View our wish list here)

Your team may help with a variety of activities depending on what we need that day. Tasks can include:

  • Sorting and organizing donations
  • Packing gifts for families
  • Preparing food hampers
  • Setting up for events
  • Organizing and preparing items throughout the warehouse
  • Other seasonal tasks that help keep The Magic of Christmas running smoothly
