Registration for Christmas 2023 opened on October 15, 2023!

  1. Registration is required for all Magic of Christmas volunteers every year.
  2. If you wish to be assigned together with others, please enter a group name and make sure each volunteer registers using the SAME group name. If you are not volunteering as part of a group, enter N/A or None.
  3. By registering to become a volunteer, you agree to the volunteer release.
  4. Any child under the age of 14 years must be supervised/accompanied by an adult participant
  5. Bus shifts are currently full. Any new registrations do not guarantee a shift on the bus. We may assign the new registrations to a standby shift on Christmas Eve.

  7. Check the volunteer opportunities page regularly to find out what help is needed and to sign up for shifts that work for you
  8. Please consider volunteering for one of our committees, too!
  9. PLEASE NOTE: Bus driver and shuttle driver positions are for Calgary Transit employees only.
